Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline our commitments to you, as well as your rights and responsibilities when using our services, including the 4-week Bucket Repair Boot Camp and the Self Serve Data Tool discussion board (referred to as the “Program” or “Services”). Please read them carefully. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services and delete any files provided by our service.
1. Service Provider
SEOT Mindset Inc, an Ontario corporation (“We”, “SEOT Mindset”), reserves the right to change or modify these Terms, including any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, at any time at its sole discretion.
2. Client Acknowledgement
By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to our Terms of Service. You must be a TPT Seller to participate in the Program.
3. Program Details
The Program involves group Zoom calls and/or discussion board posts with multiple participants. Comments or questions shared may be visible to all participants. Zoom recordings and related materials may also be accessible to other users of the Self Serve Data Tool platform.
4. Confidentiality and Recording
All Zoom meetings are recorded for quality assurance, training, support, and educational purposes. These recordings may be accessible to other Program participants and SEOT Mindset Inc team members.
5. License
By uploading or sharing any content (including, but not limited to, comments, posts, screenshots, or videos) through any medium associated with the Program (such as Zoom meetings, discussion boards, or other platforms), you grant SEOT Mindset Inc a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, adapt, publicly display, and publish the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products and Services. This license allows us to use your content for educational purposes, feedback sessions, and future improvements to the Program.
6. Removing Content
If you delete content that you have shared (such as comments on discussion boards or contributions during Zoom meetings), we will use reasonable efforts to remove it from view. However, you acknowledge that cached versions of the content or references to it may not be immediately removed from all systems.
7. Group Participation
By participating in group Zoom calls, discussion boards, and other shared spaces, you acknowledge that comments, questions, and other materials you post may be viewed by other Program participants. You agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all members.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any financial or other losses arising from your participation in the Program. Your participation is at your own discretion and risk. In jurisdictions that don’t allow such limitations, these terms may not apply to you. In no event shall SEOT Mindset Inc’s liability exceed the amount paid for the Program.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SEOT Mindset Inc and its employees harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms. SEOT Mindset Inc reserves the right to control the defense of any third-party claims.
10. Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
