Zoom Meeting

Every Sunday, I will teach a different part of the course.

(Course under development and subject to change)
  1. Fixing the preview bucket
  2. Fixing the product description bucket
  3. Fixing the search snippet bucket
  4. Higher traffic, lower competition keywords

We have teachers around the world participating. So the time of the Sunday meeting will be decided by the group.

If you’re not able to make the Zoom meeting, you can watch the recording.

I’ll also be holding office hours for Boot Camp participants where you can pop in for a chat!

Attendance in Zoom Meetings is optional. You can turn your camera on and talk. Or, you can keep everything off and just participate via the Zoom chat.

This is a brand new program, so things may change.

In 2025, the boot camp will cost $97. Right now, it’s under development so the four-week coaching program is free.

Yes. You need to pay $10 per month for the Self Serve Data Tool basic membership to access the data tool that we will be using.

The next boot camp runs four weeks in November. There is also an optional pre-training week at the end of October to help those TPT sellers with uploading data into the Self Serve Data Tool.

You must sign up before Nov 3, 2024 to join this cohort.

Each week has a Zoom meeting component and a discussion forum component.

The Zoom meeting will be on Sunday and go over that week’s lesson. (Time to be decided by the participants.)The meeting is recorded in case you can’t make it in person.

I will also have office hours throughout the week if participants need help.

Sunday Zoom meetings will be 30 minutes long (with an extra 30 min Q&A session)

After we look at the data, you’ll need to Improve ONE product, write about what you did in the discussion forum and include TWO screenshots (before and after). You will also need to reply to THREE other TPT sellers with feedback and ideas.

You get what you put in. How much work you do is up to you.

I totally get it. Life happens, the day job gets in the way, and sometimes things change.

If you need to stop half way through, that’s okay.

There is a 14-day refund policy on the Self Serve Data Tool basic membership.

You need to have access to the Self Serve Data Tool and the discussion forum (Basic membership)

You may want to have additional tools to help you with keyword research or keyword position tracking.

During the Zoom meeting, I’m happy to look up keywords for you; however you will have to get your own tools if you want to continue using them.

You’re welcome to use whatever tool that gets the job done. It does not have to be one of my tools.

(Except, of course, the self serve data tool. This whole boot camp is about using that tool to know what to fix and how to fix it.)

No. When you upload your product stats CSV and sales data CSV to the SEOTpreneur data warehouse, you are the only person who can visualize that data.

You do not have to share screenshots of your Self Serve Data Tool (although you are welcome to.)

Please note: your data is used for anonymous research. It may be aggregated to make statements like: “TPT sellers who joined the boot camp experienced an average 23% increase in sales for the products they focused on during the program.”

Unfortunately, no.

The TPT Seller Ultimate Bundle includes all of my stand-alone Google Sheet tools that do not have an ongoing cost for me.

  • The Ultimate Bundle includes all of my TPT Seller tools that I publish on TPT.
  • If I have to pay ongoing fees like server costs, then I can’t include that tool on my TPT Seller store.

The Self Serve Data Tool is a brand new TPT data tool that I am developing.

  • It doesn’t use Google Sheets at all.
  • As a developer, I have to pay ongoing server costs. That’s why the Self Serve Data Tool is a subscription model.
  • The more data you upload, the more server costs I have to pay. That’s why there has to be an upload credit system to keep things manageable between smaller and larger sellers.

TPT Sellers who have decided to run the marathon.

  • Sellers who recognize it will take time and effort to improve their stores.
  • Sellers who don’t know where to start.
  • Sellers who want a framework to follow.
  • Sellers who are motivated by a homework schedule.
  • Sellers who like being held accountable to others (by replying 3 times per week to other sellers on what they have been working on.)

You should have at least a year of selling on TPT before doing the boot camp.

  • Teaching (and selling on TPT) has seasons.
  • Different products sell well at different times of the year.
  • We’ll be looking at your historical data to know what to work on next.

If you have a spam store, your store will be reported to TPT.

If you ask other TPT sellers to leave a review on your products, exchange reviews, or follow your store, this boot camp is not for you.

If you don’t want other TPT sellers to see what you’re doing.

  • Anyone can sign up for the boot camp, including competitors.
  • People can sign up for the boot camp in the future to gain full access to all the resources and previous sessions.

Yes, probably.

The cloud server hasn’t been tested on stores with over 1,000 resources, yet. There may be some technical glitchies because you’re uploading larger files to the cloud. If your CSV file doesn’t upload properly, email [email protected]

Please note that the Self Serve Data tool uses a credit system to make sure the system is accessible to small and large sellers.

  • Every product in your CSV requires a credit to upload, so the larger the file, the more credits you’ll need.
  • You get 10,000 free credits at the start of the month.
  • During the boot camp, you will be able to upload one CSV file per week (without using your credits.)

If you have a lot of sales, you might have problems uploading your sales data CSV to our cloud server (because of the size of your CSV file.)

The boot camp does not focus on content creation. It focuses on improving our best sellers to increase sales.

If your goal is to increase sales by creating more resources, then the 4-week Bucket Repair Boot Camp isn’t for you.

There’s a TPT seller in the SEOTpreneur PRO network who motivates me. If you look up their comments from the beginning, they posted their strategy of being so prolific, they can’t be ignored. (It was a clever take on the idea: “be so good, they can’t ignore you.)

So, I watched this seller create content for a year. They focused on templating and optimizing the content creation process. They published content at superhuman rates. During Back to School season, they 10x’d their previous store income.

There’s definitely something to be said about the strategy of content creation, given that their store has grown to four digits per month. Once you have viable product lines, creating more content in those product lines is a repeatable path to success.

The boot camp doesn’t focus on that approach, but it’s something to think about.

(The boot camp is about bucket repair: using data to strategically fix our previews, product descriptions, and titles to make the best of the traffic we currently have.)

Only one week in this boot camp focuses on keyword research and optimization (week 4).

The other three weeks focus on fixing the preview bucket, the product description bucket, and the search snippet bucket.

You can always ask your keyword research and keyword position questions during the office hour Zoom sessions, as well as in the discussion board; however the main focus of this boot camp is bucket repair, and not keyword optimization.
