I can’t view my data. It says “Can’t access report”

We use “Google Looker Studio” to power the “view data” dashboard.

To use the Google Looker Studio file, you must have a Gmail or Google Workspace account.

If you signed up with a different type of email (not Gmail), contact support for help. Just changing your email address won’t work to gain access.
